Terms & Conditions of Use

Last updated: 10 July 2026

1. Who we are

NxxAura Ltd ("NxxAura", "we", "us") provides the website and services described here. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17247337, with our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

We are not a bank. Our financial services, including payment accounts and IBANs, are provided through our Banking-as-a-Service partner, which is licensed and authorised in the EU, UK, Canada and UAE for the activity of Money Business Services, and in Switzerland as a financial intermediary. For further information please contact us at web@nxxaura.com.

Transaction processing times may vary depending on banking networks, regulatory checks and payment-provider availability. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

2. Eligibility and age requirements

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 to 69. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher — to use them. In some cases we may provide services to individuals aged 70 or over, subject to additional due diligence checks. We do not knowingly provide services to, or hold data relating to, minors or anyone under 18; if we become aware that we have, we will delete the data and may close the relevant account.

3. Prohibited industries and restricted jurisdictions

To comply with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) frameworks, we and our BaaS service providers enforce a list of prohibited industries and restricted jurisdictions. Businesses operating in, or facilitating, the following sectors cannot be onboarded or transact through our services:

  • Weapons and military sales — trade or distribution of ammunition, firearms, explosives or military-grade equipment.
  • Illegal products or services — any business that violates regional or international law.
  • Drug paraphernalia and pseudo-pharmaceuticals — equipment used to produce or consume drugs, unregulated supplements, or substances mimicking illegal drugs.
  • Marijuana and cannabis businesses — any cannabis-related enterprise, regardless of local legalisation.
  • Adult content and services — production, distribution or marketplace hosting of adult entertainment or pornography.
  • Consumer gambling (C2B) — online casinos, sports-betting platforms and consumer gambling networks.
  • Counterfeit or unauthorised goods — pirated, replicated or unauthorised trademarked merchandise.
  • Unregulated investment and third-party credit services — unregulated investment vehicles, high-risk financial brokers and third-party credit facilitation.
  • Get-rich-quick schemes — multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes and deceptive financial-reward programs.
  • Sanctioned businesses — any entity owned by, acting on behalf of, or partnered with individuals or entities on global sanctions watchlists.

We also cannot onboard or process transactions for entities incorporated in, operating from, or dealing with countries flagged by the United Nations, HM Treasury and the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). These fall into two categories:

  • Comprehensively sanctioned / high-risk countries — Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, Cuba, Russia, and the occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson and Luhansk).
  • FATF high-risk and monitored ("grey list") jurisdictions — subject to rejection or enhanced due diligence depending on the entity licensing the account. These currently include:
    • Middle East & Africa — Yemen, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Mali, Mozambique, Angola, Kenya, Cameroon and Lebanon.
    • Americas — Haiti and Venezuela.
    • Asia-Pacific — Myanmar, Afghanistan, Lao PDR, Vietnam and Papua New Guinea.
    • Europe — Monaco, Bulgaria, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This list may change as sanctions and regulatory requirements are updated. Eligibility is assessed against your country of incorporation, the nature of the goods or services you provide, and your primary target market.

4. Data protection

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
