Questions, answered.

Which currencies does NxxPay support?

You can transact within local jurisdictions in AED, GBP, EUR, USD and CAD.

How does the UAE account handle AED?

AED arrives and leaves on local UAE rails through a dedicated UAE IBAN. Your balance is held in USD, EUR, GBP or CAD and converted automatically on the way in and out - so you transact in dirhams without running a separate AED treasury.

Can I open a UAE account if I'm not based in the UAE?

Often, yes - where there is a genuine UAE business or payment purpose, such as buying property or paying a UAE supplier. UAE accounts involve two additional local forms at onboarding, which your account manager walks you through. Eligibility is confirmed as part of onboarding.

How is this different from a SWIFT transfer?

Funds move through local rails, so they settle as domestic transactions within each jurisdiction - often faster and at lower cost. SWIFT remains available when you need it.

Do I need multiple accounts to access each market?

No. You manage everything from one account, with dedicated IBANs and account details for each supported region.

Who is it for?

Both personal and corporate clients - though it's particularly valuable for businesses managing suppliers, partners or clients across multiple regions.
