1. Who we are

NxxAura Ltd ("NxxAura", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17247337, with our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

We are not a bank. Our financial services, including payment accounts and IBANs, are provided through our Banking-as-a-Service partner, which is licensed and authorised in the EU, UK, Canada and UAE for the activity of Money Business Services, and in Switzerland as a financial intermediary. 2. The data we collect

Information you give us — when you complete our contact form or email us: your name, email address, company, phone number, the topic of your enquiry and the contents of your message.
Technical & usage data — with your consent, information about how you use the site, collected via analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How and why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you request — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
To send you a confirmation that we have received your message.
To understand and improve how our website is used — only where you have given consent to analytics cookies.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to you — including our email delivery provider (Mailgun) and, where consented, our analytics provider (Google Analytics). We may disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We collect and process data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (and the EU GDPR where applicable). Your information may be shared with our BaaS partner and payment processors for compliance and transaction-processing purposes. Additional information may be requested from you, if and when required, to process transactions.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as necessary to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained according to the periods set in Google Analytics.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email web@nxxaura.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.
